God, Family, Church, and Community

Serve is the heart and soul of the CWC family. We serve because Jesus served. It is our desire to serve you, your family, the community, and our generation. We would love for you to connect your heart to ours and become a part of the Serve Team.

Serving God is choosing to devote our lives to the Lord and make him our first priority. God desires for us to serve him “in sincerity and in truth” (Joshua 24:13-15).  When we serve God, we commit ourselves to his cause.

Serving our families is important for them to be healthy and thrive. In John 13:14-15, Jesus tells us to follow his example of serving and leadership. By serving our families, we make a commitment to be a godly leader in our households by encouraging our families to spend time in prayer and reading the Word, properly managing our finances, teaching the importance of tithing and giving, and being a consistent example of the love of God.

When we serve in the Church, we are actually fulfilling the Great Commission (Mark 16:15) and working to help spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There are many ways you can play a role in this mission at Christian Worship Center. Look below to find out what areas you can serve in.

Every day our public safety workers risk their lives to serve our community, and our elected officials have an enormous responsibility to fulfill the duties for which they were chosen. As a church, we believe we should influence and play an active role in our community, and support those who serve in it.  In following the example of Jesus, we are to serve others and our community like he did (Philippians 2:2-8).
